The Loeb Classical Library(洛布古典丛书)丛书最初由詹姆士?洛布(James Loeb)发起和赞助,于1912年面世,初时由海涅曼公司(William Heineman and company)出版,后来改由哈佛大学出版社出版,目前已出版了500多册的古希腊语和拉丁语的英文注释本。洛布丛书收入的作品种类繁多,含经史子集,希腊文作品为绿色封面,拉丁文作品为红色封面。
