If you would be informed concerning any one beingthat is gone to any right? whether he shall return safe, see theLord of the Ascendent; if he be good, that is , with good Planers,and a good Planet in the first, he will return safe; but if the Sunbe with the Lord of the first,in any part of the Question, let himnot go, because the Sun burneth him. And if the Lord of the seventhbe with a good Planet, and the Lord of the first with a good Planetlikewife, he shall have some impediment in the way ; but he willnot die. And if an evil Planet be with the Lord of the first, and agood Planet in the first, if he goeth he shall suffer great damage,but not death ; nevertheless he may be grievously wounded. And if Saturn be in the first, or with the Lord of thefirst, let him not go ; because some impediment will happen untohim by some man that he will meet. And if there be an evil Planetwith the Lord of the first, or Saturn be in the first, or with theLord of the first, he will be wounded with wood or with a stone. IfMars and the Dragons Tail be in the first, or with the Lord of thefirst ; or if there be evil Planets in the first, or with the Lordof the first, he will suffer wounds or death. See likewise if therebe an evil Planer in the eighth, because then death is to befeared. And if the Sun be with the Lord of the seventh, or in theeighth , it signifies that it is ill to go. The like judgement, isof the seventh and the tenth.

若1宫主与吉星同在，或吉星位于1宫，则行人会安全归来；

若太阳在1宫，则不要让他前往，因为太阳灼伤他；

若1、7宫主与吉星同在，同理，他在旅途中也会受到些阻碍，但不会死亡；

若凶星与1宫主同在，且吉星在1宫，若此人出行将遭受重大损失，但不会死亡，然而却会严重受伤；

若土星位于1宫，或与1宫主同在，则不要让他出行，因为他将要遇到之人会对他造成阻碍。

若凶星与1宫主同在，或土星在1宫，或与1宫主同在，此人会为木或石所伤；

若火星和龙尾位于1宫，或与1宫主同在，或凶星位于1宫，或与1宫主同在，此人会受伤或死亡；

同理若凶星在8宫，则此人恐怕会死亡；

若太阳与7宫主同在，或在8宫，则出行不利；

7宫与10宫依此类推；

And if a Question be proposed concerning the eventof wars, see the seventh and the first, and their Lords: for thefirst House and his Lord signifies the Querent ; and the seventhHouse and his Lord the adversary. So that if there be good Planetsin the first, and evil in the seventh ; and if the Lord of thefirst and seventh be evil, the Querent shall overcome : but ifthere be an evil Planet with the Lord of the first, and an evilPlanet in the first, and the Lord of the seventh good, or in theseventh, the Querent shall be overcome, or taken, or slain. And ifthe Lords of them both be in the first, and there be good Planetsfrom the part of the first House, unto the end of the House whichis the middle of the Question ; and if evil Planets do possess theother half of the Question, that is to say, from the seventh untothe end of the twelfth house, the Adversary shall overcome. But ifboth the Lords shall be in the Ascendent, and if they be good fromthe part of the first, and evil from the part of the seventh,theyshall both suffer great loss, but the Querent shall have the betterin the end. Bur if the Lord of the Ascendent be in the seventh, orin his Question, it signifies fortitude of the adversary : and ifthe Lord of the seventh be in the first, or in his Question, itsignifies fortitude of the actor. And if the Lord of the Ascendentbe in the eighth, or with the Lord of the eighth ; or the Lord ofthe eighth in the first, or with the lord of the first,it signifiesthe death of the Querent. And if the Lord of the seventh be in thesecond, or with his Lord ; or the Lord of the second in theseventh, or with the Lord of the seventh, it signifies the death ofthe enemy.
若问题与战争事件有关，则观察7宫和1宫，及它们的守护星：

1宫及其守护星象征着问卜方，而7宫及其守护星象征着对手；

因此若吉星位于1宫，而凶星位于7宫；若1宫主及7宫主为凶星，则问卜方胜；

但若凶星与1宫主同在，且有凶星位于1宫，同时7宫主位吉星或吉星位于7宫，则问卜方战败、或被占领、被杀戮；

若1、7宫主星同在1宫，且有吉星在1-6宫的那部分区域内，并且凶星位于另半区，即7-12宫区内，则对手将获胜。

但若1、7宫主星同在上升点，且吉星在1-6宫区，凶星在7-12宫区，则双方都会损失惨重，但问卜方最终稍占优势。

若1宫主在7宫，象征着坚韧的对手；

若7宫主在1宫，象征着我方坚忍不拔。

若1宫主在8宫，或与8宫主同在；或8宫主在1宫，或与1宫主同在；则意味着问卜方死亡；

若7宫主在2宫，或与2宫主同在；或2宫主在7宫，或于7宫主同在，则意味着敌对方死亡。

If you would know whether War shall continue long ornor, if mean or meanly, if the Lords of the first and the seventhdo agree, the parties shall be pacified after the War.
如果你想知道战争是否会延续很久，则看是否在固定宫（注：指上升点？），若1宫主及7宫主关系和谐，则战后两方争斗将平息。

If thou wouldest depart from the place wherein thouare, and remove thy self to some other place ; and if thou wouldestknow whether it be better for thee to stay or go ; or concerningtwo businesses, if thou desirest to know which of them is mostexpedient for thee to undertake, consider the Lords of the firstand the second, for those places to which thou wouldest go, theplace wherein chou are, and the gain which thou gettest there ; andthe seventh and the eighth, and their Lords, for the place to whichthou wouldest go, and the gain which thou mayst get there : andthose places chuse, whose Lords are the better, or joyned to thebetter Planets. Or otherwise : behold the Lord of the Ascendent,and the Moon ; which if they be separated from evil Planets, andjoyned to good and fortunate Planets, it is better for thee to gofrom the place where thou art, then to stay there, and to do whatbusiness foever thou hast in thy minde. And if the Lord of theAscendent and the Moon be separated from the Fortunes, and joynedto evil Planets, then it is not good for thee to remove thy self,nor to do thy business. Or thus ; See the Moon ; and if the Planetfrom which she is separated be better then that to whom she isjoyned, do not remove : and if the Planet which she is joyned to,be better then that from which she is separated, thengo.

如果你欲离开本地去异地，并想了解走或留哪个更佳；或你欲了解从事2份职业中哪一份更为有利，则观察1宫主与2宫主，这些位置象征着你目前所在之处，及在此地最佳获益；
并观察7宫与8宫，及其守护星，作为你欲去之处，以及在该地的最佳获益；
观察选择的那些地方，哪个守护星较吉，或与吉星相连；
或除此以外，关注上升点守护星，以及月亮；
若他们与凶星无关，并与吉星相连，则你离开目前所在地去那更为有利，并在那定居，做你喜爱的职业；
若他们与吉星无关，并与凶星相恋，则对你离开当地、离职跳槽不利。
或同理，观察月亮，若与月亮无关的星和与其有关的星相比，无关星较为有利，则不利变动；
若与月亮相连之星比与其无关之星有利，则变动有利；
