如何学习占星学？
——Robin老师就九月上海工作坊回答同学们的疑问
以下是同学们的问题：
我刚刚开始接触占星，我能不能听懂老师的工作坊？
我学习占星已经有不少年数了，工作坊的内容是否会对我比较浅？
我学习占星很久，但一直摸不到头绪，而且占星有那么多的知识、体系和派别，如何最有效的学习占星？
占星的书籍我看了不少，知识也掌握很多，说起来头头是道，但是一拿到星盘我就心慌了，不知道如何下手。老师上了你的工作坊以后，可以帮到我什么？

A lot of people just grab what they think is important but they don’t have a good foundation of the matrix of the person.
有一些同学只是抓取星盘中他们认为重要的信息，然而他们对星盘的主人的整体复杂的基质没有很扎实的理解。
It is not that you define a person. It is more that you tune in to the various levels of consciousness in their life to get a glimpse of how they function and their specific focus.
占星并不是在给星盘的主人下定义。解读星盘的过程更像是我们接收和体悟星盘主人不同意识层次的各个维度和面向，从中瞥见能量是如何整体运作的以及专注的领域。
Regardless of Stelliums, planets on angels etc. If you cannot see what each factor is doing and how it adds to the whole, you will miss the person and the proper interpretation. Most people don't know what Astrology is capable of revealing.
无论是星盘中出现了星群或者行星合相四轴等等情况，如果你不能全局性看到星盘中每一个因素在起什么作用，并且所有这些因素加在一起会如何运作，那么你可能会错误的理解星盘的主人，也许你的解读会存在误差。大多数人并不清楚占星学能够揭露什么。
By going through the 30 steps, students will see how to organize their thinking and approach.If you talk about or advise someone before you understand them, serious problems can result.
通过我在命运工作坊中30个步骤的解盘心法，同学们可以学到如何有条理的组织他们的思考过程的方法。如果你通过星盘给人意见之前并没有很好的理解TA，那么会产生非常严重的影响和后果。
The main focus of the weekend is to get to know the planets and their differences in the horoscopes. Each planet has its own themes and circumstances and stress factors. If you cannot determine the differences between lunar feelings and Venusian emotions and Mercurial thinking, you can look at the chart, but it will be as if you are drunk! If you don't get the natal chart right, you won't be able to work with the transits or progressions properly.
我的工作坊的主要着重点在于让你了解行星以及星座的能量。每个行星都代表独特的主题和境况以及生命中的压力因素。如果你不能分辨月亮的情绪、金星的感情和水星思维的区别，当你去解读星盘就好像一个醉汉在阅读。如果你对出生星图的理解不全然正确，那么你就不可能正确的解读行进(transit)和推进(progressions)（2个主要的流年预测技法）
By organizing the materials as I have my workshop will consist of putting the pieces together, plantes, signs, houses and aspects. This is the foundation of astrological insight and deduction. The transits tell you when things happen, but the natal chart tells you what you need to do to make the most of it.
在九月工作坊，我组织和整理的教材会把所有的碎片都整合在一起：行星、星座、宫位、相位等。这些是获得占星洞察力和演绎的基础。推进(transit)会告诉你事情在什么时候发生，但是你的出生星图(natal chart)会告诉你如何做才能充分利用这些事件。
The planets are not simply one paragraph descriptions. Yes I do plan to go through the steps, however I will be developing the synthesis along the way. By going over it, I hope to make it all come alive and connect with each other.
行星并非简单的一段描述。是的，虽然我在工作坊中会教授解盘的步骤，然而我会在这个过程中教会大家综合理解和解读的方法。我希望我课程能生动有趣并且和所有的同学有呼应。
If the foundation is not set right about natal charts it will diminish how to work with the transits and progressions.
如果在学习占星学的过程中，基础没有打扎实，或没有正确的学习出生星图的解读的话，也会减弱对行进和推进的理解及解读的正确性。
The transits and progressions will determine when parts of the nature will be stimulated or challenged, but the natal chart will tell you what your personal process is and what is being challenged to grow.
推进和行进可以帮我们判断盘主的哪部分本质在什么时期会受到促发或挑战，但是出生星图会显示盘主个人的进程是什么？TA的哪一部分能量会受到挑战需要成长？
There are many techniques in astrology that can be added to the chart, but if you don’t have the right foundations you could distort your interpretation of them and your astrological capacity to give advice might degenerate. There are also many different approaches to aspects as well. Seeing how they all fit together and give you good information is important. It is not about repeating what someone says and defining the person. It is more about witnessing how it all works together, and then one can easily see how much importance to give to other techniques and factors.
占星学中有非常多的技法，可以增加对出生星图的理解。但是如果没有对出生星图本身正确理解的基础，你会扭曲对星盘主人的理解，你对另一个生命给出的建议也会变质。就好似占星学中有太多不同的方法来理解相位。更重要的是如何看到所有的信息交织在一起并形成良好的能量。星盘的解读并不是在重复盘主告诉你的内容或是在给对方下定义贴标签。我更倾向认为星盘是让我们感受所有能量集聚在一起，然后我们会很容易的理解，其他的技法或因素是否要引起重视。
There are all kinds of astrologers and all kinds of ways to go at it. Just like music…once you learn the scales, and the techniques of playing an instrument you can then choose the genres that you want to play. In astrology there are many ways to specialize, but specialization should not be a replacement or avoidance of solid foundations.
占星师有不同的种类，我们也有很多方法可以通向同一个终点。就好似音乐…当你学会了音阶，以及弹奏乐器的技法，那么你可以选择你想要弹奏的风格。在占星学里有太多的体系，但是这些都不能替代或逃避扎实的基础的重要性。
